MAKE A WISH
A MESSAGE FOR YOU
If this poster has come to you, it's to remind you that everything you do has meaning. Every gesture, every choice, every impulse you make today becomes a seed that grows silently. The Star invites you to believe in what you are building, even if you don't yet see the results. There are paths that grow slowly, miracles that take time, and lights that only appear after the night. You are not behind. You are sowing. I wish you to continue creating, believing, and moving forward with confidence, because everything you offer to the world always finds its light in the end. Stars need night. And you are already shining.
BEFORE / AFTER
BY JUSTINE COQUIDÉ
DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the world of Vincent van Gogh, this work brings together several of his most iconic motifs in a single symbolic composition. The self-portrait serves as the anchor point, but around it intertwine The Starry Night, sunflowers, poppies, and wheat fields: images that permeated his life, his doubts, and his quest for the absolute. The cigarette he holds echoes his famous "Skull of a Skeleton Smoking a Cigarette," a subtle way of evoking his fragility and awareness of his own mortality. Van Gogh did not experience fame during his lifetime, but his work shines today as one of the most brilliant in the history of art. This composition pays homage to this singular destiny: that of a man who sowed seeds without knowing that he would one day, long after his death, reap a universal harvest. In Justine Coquidé's reinterpretation, the Star card is revealed: a figure of guidance, rebirth, and rediscovered meaning. The phrase “Stars need night” reminds us that even the greatest lights are born from darkness, and that every action, however small, ultimately leaves its mark. Nothing is in vain. Everything we sow will one day bear fruit.
