What a story! 🎨




 Who hasn't heard of Sandro Botticelli's "The Birth of Venus"? This masterpiece, painted in 1485, is an interpretation of Venus's arrival in Cyprus. Simonetta Vespucci is the embodiment of the goddess of beauty in several of Botticelli's works. A young protégée of the Medici, she, considered one of the most beautiful women in the world, inevitably crossed paths with the artist. He devoted such a strong platonic love to her that he asked to be buried at her feet in the Vespucci parish church. Considered the "ultimate canon of beauty" of its time, the painting transcends the ages, as does the idealization of the female body. Today, Venus no longer wants to be associated with the beauty stereotypes that women have endured for centuries. She is now determined to burn and change, in the name of women, the beauty standards of our current society. Like a true spokesperson; Venus asserts her freedom to become whoever she wants by breaking all the definitions of beauty and femininity that have been imposed upon us.

    We guarantee a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, you have 15 days to return your product, provided the poster or frame is in its original packaging. If a poster or frame is damaged upon arrival, a claim must be made (if possible) within 7 days of receipt.
