 Apollo
 Apollo is the Greek god of the arts, song, music, masculine beauty, poetry, and light. Apollo is also the god of purification and healing, but can bring plague with his bow; finally, he is one of the principal gods capable of divination. He was also honored by the Romans, who adopted him very quickly without changing his name. As early as the 5th century BC, they embraced him for his healing powers and dedicated temples to him.
 He is frequently depicted with his bow and arrows, or with a cithara, or even a lyre.
