The Touquet Market 🛍 In 1927, Le Touquet held a competition for the design of a covered market. The winners were architects Nénot and Henri-Léon Bloch. The market was built in the neo-regionalist style. It is semicircular in shape, with an archway at the point where it meets the main street. The façade is composed of a series of arches.
The elegant market hall, personalized by its monumental vault adorned with its clock, is today an emblem of the architectural heritage of Le Touquet.
