What a story! 🎨

Inspired by Tamara de Lempicka's The Girl in Green (1927), this image revisits one of the iconic figures of Art Deco. In the original work, Lempicka paints a sculptural and modern young woman, imbued with contrasts and mystery. According to several biographical sources,
The model could be Rafaëla, a young woman Lempicka met by chance in a Parisian park and with whom he briefly fell in love. Their fleeting encounter is said to have inspired several of his female portraits. In Justine Coquidé's reinterpretation, the image shifts to black and white to reflect the symbolism of the Moon card in the Tarot. The dog, the traditional guardian of instincts, is retained, while a cat takes the place of the second animal. More secretive, more independent, it embodies the intuitive, free, and mysterious dimension of the Moon. This version reveals what Lempicka had already suggested: that human beauty is born from its contrasts, that light and shadow coexist, and that inner harmony is built by embracing all its facets.

A MESSAGE FOR YOU

If this poster has come to you, it's to remind you that you are a being of nuances. It is in the encounter between shadow and light that discernment is born and new perspectives open up. Night lasts only a short time. Sometimes you have to know how to pass through it to see the light and learn to appreciate the path even in the darkness. The Moon doesn't ask you to be perfect, but to embrace every facet of your being and let them reveal themselves. I wish you to celebrate all your nuances, to face your fears, to honor what shines as well as what whispers, and to find the clarity that will guide you toward inner fulfillment.
