What a story! 🎨
In modern parlance, a "Pandora's box" is a metaphor referring to a source of endless complications. The story of the famous Pandora's box comes from ancient Greek mythology. These poems recount how the gods created Pandora, and how the gift Zeus bestowed upon her brought an end to humanity's golden age.
According to Greek mythology, Pandora was the first woman created by the god Zeus. She was created to punish humanity after Prometheus stole fire for human use. Pandora possessed a box, known today as Pandora's Box, which contained all the evils of the world, including Old Age, Disease, War, Famine, Misery, Madness, Vice, Deceit, Passion, Pride, and Hope.
She was told never to open the box. However, she couldn't resist taking a sneak peek, and by opening it, she would have unleashed all the evil in the world. Afterward, she tried to close the lid, but it was too late. Only one of the gifts bestowed by the gods remained in the box: hope.
Today, Pandora is reborn with its most beautiful adornments. Gold predominates in Alexandre Cabanel's painting, propelling it into the 21st century. Today, the thirst for recognition, money, and fame dominates our world; these generational ills have been added to the legend of the box…

RETURNS
We guarantee a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, you have 15 days to return your product, provided the poster or frame is in its original packaging. If a poster or frame is damaged upon arrival, a claim must be made (if possible) within 7 days of receipt.
